Growing up we may have had an amazing mother like I did yet still missed the role of the femininity, or lacked building self-esteem. Join a group of women who will explore rebuilding or mothering the self back to femininity by first understanding how our experiences changed our physiological responses and activating our threat/stress response system. The group will work together to learn how it began to change our natural state of wholeness to when our journey of doubting began through hyper-vigilance or sensitivity to the world. Join a group of women who will explore why the (dorsal) nervous system shuts down or the (sympathetic) defense system activates trying to always prove yourself as a woman rather than being present to people or the world around us. Using the trauma-informed model the group will explore the parts of the self created to protect it's image and adapt coping skills to relate and esteem the self. We will coach each other by learning what other women in your group do to sustain their femininity, beliefs and core about their self. This coaching will allow group members to equip each other to wholeness, accepting all parts of self. This is a 5 week series. The group will explore the nervous system, listening to the body, recognizing unmet needs, esteeming the self, returning to the role of femininity, understanding masculine energy for the purpose of uniting all parts of the self to unite as a whole. Explore your purpose as a woman and everything you wished your mother taught you through your developing years, yet perhaps did not have the tools to teach you while growing up. Now you can parent the inner child on your own and become the woman you desire to be through the feminine energy of your sisters who desire to grow with you.
